Tropical Delight

 

Tropical Passionfruit Pavlova

A classic Cowell’s Genuine Pavlova topped with softly whipped cream, fresh tropical fruit and a generous drizzle of passionfruit topping. Fresh, vibrant and perfect for sharing.

Ingredients

1 large Cowell’s Genuine Pavlova

300ml cream

2 tablespoons icing sugar

1 red apple, thinly sliced

1/2 pawpaw, peeled and diced

150g passionfruit topping

1 fresh passionfruit, halved (optional)

Method

Pour the cream into a chilled bowl and whisk until soft peaks form. Add the icing sugar and continue whisking until smooth and lightly fluffy.

Place the pavlova onto a serving plate and spoon the whipped cream evenly over the top.

Peel the pawpaw, remove the seeds and cut into bite-sized cubes. Thinly slice the apple just before serving to keep it fresh and crisp.

Arrange the pawpaw and apple slices over the cream. Spoon over the passionfruit topping, allowing it to gently drizzle down the sides.

For an extra tropical finish, top with fresh passionfruit.

Slice and serve.

Serves 10–12.
