Cookies & Cream Mini Pavlovas

Individual pavlovas topped with whipped cream, crushed chocolate biscuits and a dusting of cocoa for an easy dessert that feels a little indulgent.

Ingredients

1 pack Cowell’s Genuine Mini Pavlovas (6 pack)
300ml cream
1 tablespoon icing sugar
6 chocolate Oreo cookies, halved
1 tablespoon cocoa powder, for dusting

Method

Place the mini pavlovas onto a serving platter.

Pour the cream into a chilled bowl and whisk until soft peaks form. Add the icing sugar and continue whisking until smooth and fluffy.

Spoon or pipe the whipped cream onto each pavlova.

lightly dust with cocoa powder.

Top each pavlova with half a chocolate biscuit for serving.

Serve immediately for the perfect crisp marshmallow texture.
