A delicate mini pavlova topped with softly whipped cream, fresh fig, pistachios and a drizzle of golden honey. Elegant, simple and perfect for entertaining.
Ingredients
6 Cowell’s Genuine Mini Pavlovas
300ml cream
1 tablespoon icing sugar
3 fresh figs, halved
2 tablespoons pistachios, roughly chopped
3 tablespoons honey
Extra pistachios, for garnish
Method
Place the mini pavlovas onto serving plates or a platter.
Pour the cream into a chilled bowl and whisk until soft peaks form. Add the icing sugar and continue whisking until smooth and fluffy.
Spoon or pipe the whipped cream onto each pavlova.
Top each pavlova with half a fresh fig and sprinkle over the chopped pistachios.
Drizzle generously with honey just before serving.
Finish with a few extra pistachios for garnish and serve immediately.
