A simple, classic pavlova topped with softly whipped cream and fresh seasonal berries. Light, crisp and perfect for easy entertaining.
Ingredients
1 Cowell’s Genuine Small Pavlova (185g)
250ml cream
1 tablespoon icing sugar
1 cup strawberries, halved
1/2 cup raspberries
1/2 cup blackberries
Icing sugar, for dusting
Method
Place the pavlova onto a serving plate. The paper base can be left on for serving, or carefully removed if preferred.
Pour the cream into a chilled bowl and whisk until soft peaks form. Add the icing sugar and continue whisking until smooth and lightly fluffy.
Spoon the whipped cream over the top of the pavlova.
Arrange the strawberries, raspberries and blackberries over the cream.
Finish with a light dusting of icing sugar just before serving.
Slice gently using a clean, dry knife and serve immediately.
